Directions for use:

1. Ensure the sides of the shuttering panels are free of base grit, dust, grease or oil.
2. Apply Groutseal to the side of a panel by peeling off the release paper and sticking the self-adhesive side to the panel.
3. Place the next shuttering panel in position firmly up against Groutseal to ensure that the foam is compressed.

• Self-adhesive backing makes Groutseal easy and clean to use.
• Supplied in various widths and thicknesses.
• Water based acrylic adhesive makes Groutseal easy to remove after use.

• Used for prevention of grout loss through butt joints in metal and wooden formwork.

• Composition: Self-adhesive, open cell Polyurethane foam.
• Density:  5 mm: 23 kg/m3.  10 & 15 mm: 20 kg/m3
• Colour: White
• Size: 10 Metre rolls available in packs of 100 metres in three sizes:
• 5 mm x 20 mm
• 10 mm x 20 mm
• 15 mm x 20 mm
• The correct size to be used depends on the condition or type of formwork being used.
